(Reformation Ozone dress, Céline sandals and sunglasses, OPI nail polish in You Don’t Know Jacques, jewelry by Loren Stewart, Cartier, and Made Her Think)
I’m so loving these days in LA before fashion month, I’m making sure to soak it all in before leaving for Stockholm on Saturday. Part of this translates to slipdresses and stilts in the afternoon sunshine, part of it is trying to pitch weird versions of tents in my backyard. This Reformation dress might look familiar, I wore the black version of it for a good part of Coachella and life in general so the navy plaid seemed felt like a good way to stockpile. Shot by Echo Park’s beautiful but also haunted looking houses today.
(Mademoiselle Zaria tank, Elizabeth and James silk pants, Manolo Blahnik Chaos sandals, Sonia Rykiel sunglasses, Acne clutch, OPI polish in Black Onyx)
These basically pajamas would have been borderline socially unacceptable with any type of flat but slightly enhanced with the simple Chaos sandal I think it seems like I decided to wear this all on purpose. In public. The tank is from one of my favorite LA brands Mademoiselle, the pants I’ve been trying to figure out a good time to wear for a few months and this nine zillion degree week here was it.
(Willow top, Alexander Wang skirt, Carmen Steffens heels)
Earlier this month I took a quick trip to Orlando for the opening of the second Carmen Steffens store in the US – it was my first time there, actually kind of my first time in Florida unless I’m forgetting a pre-brainwashing childhood trip. In which case my mom will make sure to tell me all about it like immediately. Anyway, I had such a good time exploring with Chiara even if we didn’t get too far from the hotel grounds. We had fun picking out shoes at the store, got weirdly chummy with the wait staff at the only normal restaurant around, and ended our last night with tandem water slide rides. Thanks so much for having us Carmen Steffens!
(Topshop cape top, Rag & Bone Paris skirt, Rebecca Minkoff Logan backpack, Anine Bing boots)
A simple but still kinda cracked out outfit from the last time I was in New York. Sorry Topshop but I kind of cut your pretty fairy shirt in half. I just flew into the city tonight for a shoot tomorrow in Brooklyn – make sure you’re following me on Instagram for updates! Also answered some questions on this old thing when I wasn’t being a window seat fetus so maybe go there too.
(Rag & Bone tank, Lover shorts, Céline sandals, Saint Laurent Chyc bag)
I’ve worn the black version of these shorts out to the nth degree and have convinced myself that lace shorts are now a wardrobe basic so it felt not too crazy to go for them in coral. More colors please Lover! I broke them in yesterday with a Rag & Bone mullet top and 2011 throwback footwear.
