I posted a page of this a couple months ago but recently found the rest on tFS. Shrunken tshirts, aviators, denim vests and skirts, stripes, dog tags, baseball hats…very summer-ideal. Most of the time with editorials a single image or piece is all that sticks out to me but this is all perfect. Shot by Terry Richardson, who of course is renowned for his casual mastery of the flash, but I somehow always love his naturally lit shots more.

  4. >I kind of hate flash. Everything is beautiful when it's organic don't you think? tFS is crazy addictive!LuvLuxxxx

  5. >She really had that "something" back in the days, didn't she? Now…well, she's changed a lot.Btw, I definitely agree that every picture in this editorial looks amazing (and I really like the airport theme) :)

  6. >I agree, I love his naturally lit shots and I have been a big fan of this editorial for ages. I adore the styling, it reminds me of the sun, especially the studded denim short shorts and the cute oversized tee!

  7. >I totally hate flash photography! At least when I do it myself, that is. Natural lighting is the way to go.Hmm, can't say I'm a fan of this ed though.

  8. >These photos do such a good job of storytelling and conveying what being in an airport feels like. Kudos to the photographer.

  9. >Laetitia Casta is still my favourite model of all time!Loves her!x0x0Lustywww.ontheblogbandwagon.blogspot.com

  10. >emmmanuelle alt is really great.i dont care for terry's flash stuff, i too prefer the more natural looking things he does for paris vogue. ive never seen the whole editorial of this before either, i like the concept.

  11. >Wow, Terry's been impressing me lately. Those are some teeny tiny shorts that, if I had the guts, I'd love to wriggle into!www.thewardrobediaries.com

  12. >i love your blog rumi i think you got lots of style and i really like your outfits but i think you should be so brave to wear it because they call all the attention! please visit my blog, i've just created it (its spanish but i think that you will like it)http://thestylescope.blogspot.com/

  13. >I agree with everything you say all the time because you are so amazing and so smart and so beautiful. Hurray!

  14. >what a great editorial. i'm impressed…terry richardson's work gets repetitive at times, but i like how he used natural light in this, and quite nicely at that.

  15. >A little offtopic, but she and Jessica Biel are such a look-a-likes. In this editorial at least. And only in some of these pictures. But anyway, I don't really feel this editorial. Too casual, I think.

  16. >The natural light is definitely preferable.Every time I see that University of Nowhere shirt, I always think of (Victoria's Secret) Pink… am I crazy??

  17. >You are so right about not having a favorite one. I normally have an obvious favorite, but I don't right now. They all seem to flow naturally into the next image. Sadly I'm going to the airport tomorrow to fly out to Hawaii and I don't think I will be looking like her. -Emilee the–glitterati.blogspot.com

  18. >i think this is amazing…i too am a fan of natural lighting, i find flash too harsh and aggressive…very similar to Russh magazine…its my style bible…and honestly speaking i think many people dont like this because its too simple…having said that i love it because of its simplicity!

  19. >i think this is amazing…i too am a fan of natural lighting, i find flash too harsh and aggressive…very similar to Russh magazine…its my style bible…and honestly speaking i think many people dont like this because its too simple…having said that i love it because of its simplicity!

  22. >i hope to one day master the chic airport/traveling look like this one. good for the files. thanks for sharing!

  23. >I'm a fan of Terry's. This is a big difference from his usual work as you said. I like it though. Nice to know he can step outside of his usual, and do something like this.

  24. >I love the simplicity of the basics shot in these photos…so effortlessly fabulous. If you like this kind of "summer ideal" you should check out the ADAM Adam Lippes basics line…it's got the same look to it and is sporty but chic and wearable at the same time. Plus, they're having a Spring1 and Spring2 SALE right now and if you sign up for their e-mail list you can get even more special offers! http://www.shopadam.com :)

  25. >All outfits look so effortlessly chic and cool but besides that I believe I'm in love with her hair!Naturally lit shots always seem to impress me the most, it has an almost retro-ish aspect to it, a bit like polaroid pictures would look like..http://talitasbubble.blogspot.com/ –> my brand new blog! :)

  26. >Laeticia Costa is a real model. You put these pics up and it shows us how UNLIKE a real model you will ever be. First of all, her body is sick. SICK. The legs; the waist. Your body doesn't even come close. Second, her hair is GORGEOUS and face shape is the perfect square, unlike yours which is oftentimes slack-jawed and you look so chinky. I HATE when you look like you you're fresh off the boat. It's annoying. But I sometimes think you are pretty and can pull SOME things off.

  27. >she s living in my neigborhood,i cross her way a lot.laetitia is a beautiful women,never wear make-up,and naturally a beauty!

  28. >I work at a free standing Victoria Secret PINK store and we sell almost exactly the same shorts as the studded ones featured in this editorial! Same great style with probab;y less than half of the price…gotta love it!

  29. >wow anonymous, thanks for reminding us that white french girls are the only real sources of beauty? i guess you also think rumi should hop back on the boat and hold her head in shame for daring to have self confidence.

  30. >Anom: "fresh off the boat"? and "chinky"? you are a disgusting human being. I pity your ignorance. racism is never attractive.
